Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the locally supported payment channels listed below. By using these payment channels, you confirm that the funds deposited are yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the discretion of 100l5 or as required by payment processing partners. Deposits are credited to your 100l5 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 100l5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not previously registered, or payment methods not used for deposit on the same account. • All transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket service charges) are the responsibility of the player. 100l5 displays applicable fees transparently within the cashier interface before a transaction is confirmed.

100l5 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond 100l5's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events. 100l5 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, provided that 100l5 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly and communicates planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

100l5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 100l5 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the account, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
